Why Managing People Matters

People speak of businesses as being "brick-and-mortar" or "visual", but at their core, they are neither; business are "people" - people create the product, the marketing, and specially the customer experience thet defines what the business is and stand for.

Look around at your people; are they...

  • Friendly and congenial with each other, customers, and prospects?
  • Prepared to lead your company (regardless or whether they are "leader" or employees) to new levels?
  • A true reflection of your organization?
Wheather they are friendly or ornery may be aresult of the management that leads them; from recruitment and hiring to nurturing the right attitude, a company's people reflect how they have been groomed within the organization.
